1. Who is responsible

RAUVAL SARL is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions or requests: contact@rauval.com.

2. What we collect

• The website stores nothing about you. The contact form does not send data to our servers: it opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message, and you choose to send it.
• When you write to us, we receive what you send: name, phone number, email, company and project details.
• For clients: billing details and the content you give us for your project.
• Your browser keeps your currency choice (USD or FCFA) in its local storage. We use no advertising cookies and no tracking.
• Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

3. Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare quotes, carry out and invoice the work, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who receives it

Only the Rauval team and the providers we need to work: WhatsApp (Meta), Zoho Mail for email, Cloudflare for hosting, and payment operators when you pay. They may process data outside Cameroon.

5. How long we keep it

Messages from people who did not become clients: up to 2 years. Client and invoice records: as long as the law requires for accounting (up to 10 years).

6. Data in the projects we build

When we build or host a site or app for a client, the client is responsible for the data of its own users; Rauval only processes it on the client's instructions to run the service.

7. Your rights

Under Cameroon Law No. 2024/017 on personal data protection, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Write to contact@rauval.com; we answer within 30 days.
